6 Wallet Balance, Holds and Other Company Rights

The Company may stop, suspend, resume, modify, or discontinue any service at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations, and reserves the right to change applicable commissions, charges, limits, or other service-related terms from time to time.

Incorrect or Excess Amounts Credited to Wallet

If any amount is credited to the User's wallet by mistake, due to a technical error, system error, processing error, or any other reason, the Company reserves the right to recover or debit the incorrectly credited amount from the User's wallet, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

If sufficient balance is not available in the User's wallet to recover the amount, the User may be required to repay the outstanding amount to the Company through the designated bank account or another payment method communicated by the Company.

7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to applicable law, any disputes, claims, or differences arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the use of the Website or services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India.
